Andel is available for teaching music composition and ensemble practice, a hands-on sound-making exploration. She is also available for guided Field Trips to selected performances in New York City and Buenos Aires.

Andel has more than 20 years of experience teaching both privately and at institutions, including City University of New York (New York City), New York Philharmonic (New York City), Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA), Universität der Künste-Institut für Neue Musik (Berlin, Germany), and Collegium Musicum (Buenos Aires, Argentina). She is also experienced conducting listening sessions and music workshops.
