Collage in Paper by Laura Andel
Inspired by Nikola Tesla’s inventions such as the plasma lamp patented in 1894, Andel is currently investigating sound and video installation formats that feature her electroacoustic works, together with her instruments built in clay, masks built in latex, sound design, and video projection.
The new works explore the seamlessly invisible link between breath, clay, sound, ions, and light.
